Scope Systems Tenements is purpose-built to help you monitor your tenements’ anniversary dates, commitment spending, and associated costs, making it easier to manage commitments. If you’re still using spreadsheets to manage your tenement data, you risk inaccuracies, missed anniversary dates, and increased administrative hours trying to allocate costs across tenements. Our module allows you to efficiently manage a large tenement base, and for Western Australian holders, it also provides the ability to export your tenements to files for bulk uploads.
With full integration with Pronto Xi, the tenements module connects with your Project costings and GL, with all costs collated via projects. This integration provides full transaction functionality and transparency, allowing for accurate cost tracking. You can easily transact against your tenements from other modules, such as Fast Invoice Entry. The general ledger integration also enables your tenements to be linked to a range of GL codes used for reporting.

Keep your tenement commitments by managing your actual spend vs your commitments. If your anniversary date is approaching and you haven’t met your minimum spend, the system will flag it, allowing you to allocate spend before the anniversary date passes and reducing admin work.

Track physical data, such as drill meters and consumables, by creating custom upload formats. You can easily copy data into the table or upload it via a file, and this information can be displayed in reports against the project and related cost categories.
Automatic allocation of costs
Allocate costs to tenements using various calculations, whether in the GL or within the general project. You can create multiple projects reporting to a single tenement; for instance, a drilling program can be managed and consolidated into a single tenement while maintaining budget control over a single project.

Ensure your tenement reports are submitted on time with trackable anniversary dates. The module makes it simple to manage these dates, so you never miss a deadline again. For tenements in WA, it can generate files that can be bulk uploaded for online reporting.

Manage your transactions associated with your tenements. Activities such as costs, anniversary dates, physical data, consumables, and timesheets can be tracked, with related invoices apportioned to specific leases or tenements. The module accurately splits costs across each tenement using different calculations.
Auditable
Keep a trail of transactions against your tenement. When the transaction report is run from the tenements module, it shows the transaction and the percentage allocated to the tenement. This link can be saved as a template for sharing across the company.
