Scope Systems Maintenance is built to help streamline your plant maintenance and work order (WO) processes, saving your maintenance team hours of manual effort. The module also supports your finance team at month-end by reducing mapping errors commonly caused by manual input from the maintenance department.
The Maintenance module offers enhanced functionality for work orders. It allows you to reopen previously closed WOs, close multiple WOs in bulk, and print WOs with additional documents, such as instructions. It also provides features for importing Plant Monitor points, automatically mapping cost centre codes for internal stock items, and automatically creating cost categories on WOs, helping to reduce mapping errors.
Scope Systems Maintenance integrates seamlessly into the Pronto Xi Assets and Facilities Management, extending the standard functionality to better meet the needs of mining and mining services teams.
